1. Business process analysis – studying current and target processes, identifying improvement opportunities.

2. Writing the technical specification – documenting functional and non-functional requirements.

3. Preparing prototypes – screen flows and functional samples created for early testing.

4. Preparing design documents (Figma) – visualizing UI/UX and planning user experience.

5. Data Flow Diagram – describing data movement and relationships in the system.

6. Software development – backend and frontend coding, module implementation.

7. Integration with SIMA – adding electronic signature functionality.

8. Integration with Baku Stock Exchange – connecting BSE data and operations with the system.

9. Integration with National Depository Center – enabling data exchange on securities transactions.

10. Integration with internal 1C – syncing with accounting/internal systems.

11. Integration with ASAN Finance – enabling automated customer financial data verification.

12. UAT testing – user acceptance tests to confirm system compliance.

13. Other QA tests – functional, performance, security testing.

14. Penetration testing – checking for security vulnerabilities.

15. Final bug fixing – resolving all identified issues.

16. Delivery – fully functional system delivered to the client.

The system has 3 main components:

1. Web-based admin system – for CPM employees to manage clients, operations, financial instruments, limits, commissions, etc.

2. Web-based client cabinet – for clients to create orders, track balances, sign documents, and use other services.

3. Mobile client cabinet – providing same functions as web cabinet, on mobile.

Modules are integrated with ASAN Finance, BSE, National Depository Center and internal 1C system.
